contact so that this can be copied and given to people at the May Fayre

To look out for information on the examination in
public to be held in the Autumn so that anyone wishing to attend can
book a place. Everyone who responded to the East of England Assembly

Parliament. Ted informed the meeting that the amount of housing it is
planned to build does not equate with the waiting list for this.

No date yet for next meeting and frequency may
change in the future. Suggestion of requesting a meeting in July/August
before the proposed Autumn meeting regarding the Harlow Expansion.
6. May Fayre. Sunday 1st May. John Rider is organising a game involving

conditions - Ted to attend next one. Black Poplars. Ted had written a
letter to be placed in the archives querying where the poplars have
been planted and the need to know what the management plans are for the
fields bought by East Herts District Council in Pishiobury. Jenny
Greaves will discuss this with David Thorogood. Mr., Burgess who
donated the trees would like a map reference of the planting site for
his records. Suggestion of renting an allotment for raising trees to
re-plant. Footpath 23, Pishiobury Road. Ted had walked this footpath
and could not locate the fir trees mentioned at the last meeting.
However he did find rubbish which had been dumped. Brian Rochester,
