A grant from East Herts Council had been received during the last year. Copy of accounts available for file. Current balance of £560.

Discussion on proposal to have bi-monthly meetings in future.
Decision to try this for the coming 6 months, therefore next
meeting on Thursday 17th May and
bi-monthly thereafter. Clive raised the point that
allocated tasks may get neglected if not meeting for two months.
Therefore suggestion that all those with tasks contact Warren to keep
him up-dated on progress in between meetings so the momentum of the
group is not lost.
Meeting finished at 8.10pm and then followed by a very informative talk on Bats by Roger Harvard.
